Parr Interactive was selected to drive the creation of Insight, the leading Risk Management SaaS solution for Fortune 100 enterprises. Working with and interviewing HR executives and risk managers at large corporations, from The Gap Inc. to Adidas, we embarked on a two year engagement, transitioning the risk management solution from an archaic DOS-based system to the web and mobile-friendly newly branded Insight.
Christopher’s work included information architecture, customer interviews, developing the customer journey, UX design, branding, content strategy, UX research and focus groups, mini-site creation, educational email designs, companion videos, banner ads, and product & PR launch at the RIMS conference.
We also helped design and launch Connect, a one stop online shop for all of their SMB and large business insurance customers. From paying bills to seeing their policies, Connect was created as an easy to use portal for their business customers.
